Well, it is by this point no doubt admirably clear that I have spent FAR too much time reading Scarlet Pimpernel books. I have been fortunate enough to read the following(my personal reviews of them will shortly be available...well, PROBABLY not shortly but at some point they will. :4) ):
The Scarlet Pimpernel(obviously!
I Will Repay
The Elusive Pimpernel
Eldorado
The League of the Scarlet Pimpernel
The Way of the Scarlet Pimpernel
Sir Percy Hits Back
The Triumph of the Scarlet Pimpernel
Pimpernel and Rosemary
The first four are in reading order, Triumph is the last book, and Pimpernel and Rosemary is a story of Sir Percy's great-grandson, but all the others are just random. :4) I do not own "I will Repay" or "Sir Percy Hits Back" and thus are not including anything from those two since my memory is not the greatest. This is just a small index, alphabetically arranged, of little things I have noticed while reading the books, some of them very well-known but most smaller details. And shall we begin? When I have more things to put, I will link to each individual letter, but for now just scroll down.

A

Nothing thus far

B

Bibot: a guard at the gate foiled several times by our favorite hero.
Mentioned in: "The Scarlet Pimpernel" and "The League of the Scarlet Pimpernel"
Blakeney, Sir Percival: I REALLY HAVE TO TALK ABOUT THIS?? Sink me, if you do not know who Sir Percy is...::sighs:: Very well. Sir Percival Blakeney is the funniest, handsomest, and bravest man the world has ever known. :4) To elaborate slightly, he acts the part of an idiotic fop in public, but is incredibly loyal and brave, passionately in love with his wife, and has a very magnetic personality when he is his true self.
Mentioned in: EVERY BOOK, of course!
Blakeney, Lady Marguerite: Sir Percy's wife. A former French actress and the "cleverest woman in Europe", she is brave, intelligent and deeply in love with her husband.
Mentioned in: Every book I have read save "The Way of the Scarlet Pimpernel"
Blakeney, Sir Algernon: Sir Percy's father, who was rarely able to pay attention to his young son because his wife went insane a few years after their marriage, and died before Percy married.
Mentioned in: "The Scarlet Pimpernel"

C

Cruche, Sir Evan: A member of the League of the Scarlet Pimpernel.
Mentioned in: "The Triumph of the Scarlet Pimpernel"

Chauvelin, Armand: Sir Percy's most vicious enemy. Originally high in the Revolutionary government and formerly known as the Marquis de Chauvelin, he is especially famous for his cruel alternatives, "either..or"s, that he puts to Percy and Marguerite many times throughout the course of the books.
Note: In the movie and musical, his name is given as Paul, but the books state it as Armand
Mentioned in: EVERY Scarlet Pimpernel book..he's our favorite hero's arch-enemy, after all!

D
Dupont, Paul: Man of all work at the Temple Prison
Mentioned in: Eldorado
Dewhurst, Lord Anthony: More of a sportsman then most anyone else in the League, a member of the League of the Scarlet Pimpernel and one of Sir Percy's closest friends.

E

Everingham, Lord: A member of the League of the Scarlet Pimpernel.

G

Glynde, Sir Phillip: A member of the League of the Scarlet Pimpernel
Mentioned in: "The Elusive Pimpernel"

Galveston, Sir Richard: A member of the League of the Scarlet Pimpernel
Mentioned in: The Adventures of the Scarlet Pimpernel(I have not read this, the name is courtesy of a friend who has)

H

Holte, Squire of: Member of the League of the Scarlet Pimpernel
Mentioned in: The Triumph of the Scarlet Pimpernel
Hastings, Lord: Member of the League of the Scarlet Pimpernel who takes part in many missions
Mentioned in: Every book I have read with the exception of "The Way of the Scarlet Pimpernel".
Note: because in the play and the movie his name is given as "Lord Timothy Hastings" that is generally accepted to be his first name, but I have found no confirmation of that in any of the books I have read
